I recently got a new electric hot water system installed since my old one was playing up. Jeff and his apprentice came out the day after I spoke with them, set up the new one, and took away the old, broken one away. Price was comparable to the other lot I called up but these guys were able to come out sooner. Nice blokes too.
Our old system was leaking and I figured it was time for an upgrade. The overflow valve had been looked at and fixed previously, but since it happened again I decided to shell out for a fully new water tank. Price was good, and the guys came around the same day I called them. I highly recommend their service if you’re living in Brisbane and need a new hot water system too.
We’re a bit out of town but Aden from HWB who I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and didn’t mind coming out to check out what was required for our new hot water box. I don’t know too much about water systems but he explained everything clearly and fitted new pipes. The whole setup looks great and we have unlimited flowing hot water again.
Mike and the team were great. After confirming that our old system was too far gone (as we suspected) they fitted a new bigger unit to accommodate our growing family. 5 stars.
